## Transforming Holden & Partners Through Strategic Solutions

Our partnership with Holden & Partners has focused on driving operational efficiency, improving data quality, and increasing the strategic use of Xplan across the business. Through comprehensive system optimisation, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation, we've helped reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, and gain clearer business insights.

### Project Objectives

Holden & Partners initially approached Umlaut Solutions to address several pain points in their use of Xplan. These included inconsistent data entry, disconnected tools, limited reporting capabilities, and underutilisation of the platform's potential. Their goals were to optimise Xplan to streamline operations and increase productivity, enhance business reporting and data analysis, improve data accuracy and consistency for better insights, reduce the cost and turnaround time of advice delivery, and strengthen staff knowledge and confidence in using Xplan.

### Our Solutions

In the first 12 months, we delivered a broad range of services and tools, including:

-   ● Clean-up of task types, templates, and file note structures to improve usability and consistency 
-   ● CommPay assistance and investment in a new Investment Preferences page to replace outdated tools 
-   ● Site administration reviews, including dashboard widgets and access levels 
-   ● Implementation of workflows, wizards, file notes, email templates, and automated review processes 
-   ● Support with marketing campaigns, mailing list management, and training 
-   ● Monthly reporting for business performance and compliance tracking 
-   ● Delivery of Insights (BI reporting), AdvisorForms for data collection, and ongoing support via our Xplan MSA
